Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are with

The site and store are operated by KB Prints (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@kbprints.store. [Registered business name and address to be added here.]

2. Products are printed to order

Unless stated otherwise, items are 3D-printed after you order. Colours, finish, layer lines, tolerances, and dimensions may vary slightly between prints and from on-screen images. Small cosmetic imperfections inherent to fused-filament 3D printing are not defects.

3. Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email after payment is authorised.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, out of stock, unsafe to print, or the order looks fraudulent — and will refund any payment taken.
• Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

4. Stock and availability

Stock counts shown on product pages are our best estimate. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to offer a made-to-order timeline, a substitute, or a refund. Where an item is marked sold out you can send a request and we will quote a print-to-order option.

5. Custom quotes and your files

• A quote is an estimate based on the information and files you provide. It is not binding until you approve it and we confirm.
• You confirm that you own or have the right to print the models you upload, and that printing them does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights, or any law.
• We will not print items that are illegal, dangerous (including functional weapons or weapon components), or that infringe third-party rights, and we may decline any request at our discretion.
• You keep all rights in your uploaded models. We use them only to prepare your quote and fulfil your order, and delete them afterwards on request (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We never see or store your full card number.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in the Shipping Policy. Your cancellation, return, and refund rights — including that made-to-order and custom items are generally non-returnable unless faulty — are set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with the site’s operation, security, or other users’ access
• Scrape, copy, or reuse site content or product photography without permission
• Upload malware or content you have no right to share

9. Intellectual property

The KB Prints name, logo, site design, text, and product photography are our property or licensed to us. You may not use them without our written permission, except as needed to browse and buy.

10. Warranties and liability

• We provide the site “as is” and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Nothing in these terms limits your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
• Subject to the above, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of a printed part in a way it was not intended or specified for.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be added], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order. The “last updated” date shows the current version.
