Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you need delivery elsewhere, email contact@kbprints.storebefore ordering and we’ll see what we can do.

2. Processing (print) time

We start your print once the order is confirmed. Most orders are printed and packed within 2–4 business days. Larger pieces, multi-part sets, and big quantities take longer — we’ll tell you if an order needs extra time.

3. Transit time and cost

Orders with a subtotal of $30.00 or more ship free (standard). Transit estimates are from the day your parcel is handed to the carrier, not the day you order, and exclude weekends and holidays.

4. Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking number and a link. You can also reply to any order email with questions and it comes straight to our team.

5. Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to reroute a parcel once it’s with the carrier, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the original shipping cost.

6. Delays and lost parcels

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If tracking stalls for an extended period or the carrier confirms a loss, see the Returns & Refunds Policy— we’ll reprint and reship or refund.

7. Taxes and duties

Any sales tax required is shown at checkout. For shipments outside the US arranged by special request, the recipient is responsible for import duties and taxes.
